Everglades Day Safari
Airboat Ride

Our West Coast adventure is a truly amazing airboat ride on a 1500 acre inland lake where there are more alligators per acre than anywhere in the world. For one hour you will be surrounded by more alligators of all sizes and a variety of birds of all shapes, sizes and colors. It is a remarkable ride.

Our East Coast airboat ride navigates through the sawgrass praires and pond apples sloughs of the “River of Grass” Search for alligators and a wild variety of bird life including the rare and Endangered Snail Kite.

Boat Ride
This relaxing 90 minute boat cruise departs from the Everglades National Park and navigates through the mangrove estuary known as the 10,000 Islands. On this fully narrated cruise, dolphin, manatee and many shore birds are often spotted on the way out towards the Gulf of Mexico.

Lunch – Time for a break!
Our great Southern lunch is consumed with gusto at the Seafood Depot. This 1928, Spanish-style stucco structure began as the old Everglades train depot. The building has housed numerous restaurants and appeared in the movie “Winds across the Everglades.” You are sure to enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Fodor’s has given the Seafood Depot an excellent rating of 5.
